‘In a sweet liminal space connecting memory and sarcasm, there is a childish dreamscape arising from distorted understanding. Inaccuracy, displaced relatability, escapism, and innocence jump out ready for a stunt. An induced hysteria of being in control, loses in a rock-paper-scissors battle with the allegorical imagination. Fictionalising never felt as good as during prepubescence.
